HI, I'M LEE.
I am an engagement and family photographer in Santa Clarita, California.
With nearly two decades of experience shooting for myself and others, I decided to launch Honeylume Photography as a sole venture to showcase my true to life photographic style.

Honey- referring to the amber hues of the golden hour of light each day at sunrise and sunset, the most perfect warmth of the day.
Lume- the term for "light" or "light of life" which gives our photography it's energy and sense of life. But, it is our wonderful clients that truly make our photos vibrant, we are simply their to press the shutter.

Images go beyond just looking good; they feel authentic. They tell a story, evoke an emotion and capture the beauty of who people truly are. That's when photography transforms from taking pictures to creating memories that last forever.

With nearly 20 years of experience and after photographing hundreds of weddings and events, I've seen it all... well, a lot. Knowing when and where to be is a photographers greatest asset, more than any gear or social media following. Having first hand experience with couples, venues and planners allows me be at the right place at the right time, always.
FAMILY MAN
I am a father, a husband, a brother and a son. Having compassion, sharing empathy and parental know-how are key to breaking down walls when it comes to family portraits. Paw Patrol, Baby Shark, Miss Rachel are all in my arsenal of tricks to coax kids out of their shells and get comfortable in front of the camera.
I CARE... A LOT!
More than just photos I am after emotions, people, places and memories, if it happens to lead to a cool photo, great. Don't get me wrong, I do take the time to set up cool photos but it is the people within them that make them special- if not without my clients I'd be a landscape photographer.
TRUE TO LIFE IMAGES
I am not a for instagram photographer or influencer. You will not find any trendy filters or edits that go beyond my true to life photographic style. My photos are meant to look great 1 year to 100 years from now.

ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS
BEGIN AT $550
These range from 60 to 90 minute sessions on a weekend in Santa Clarita or Woodland Hills/San Fernando Valley area.
